Step 1: I know it's an old cliche' but "Have you restarted your phone?"
- Restarting your phone is just like rebooting your computer and fixes many issues.
Step 2: Check to make sure you are on a good connection by opening the internet on your phone.
Step 3: Check available memory on your phone.
- We suggest that you have around 2 gb available memory for Taxbot to work optimally on you phone.
Step 4: If still not Syncing…..
If you continue to have issues the last resort is to delete and reinstall the app.
